1. Introduction

Welcome to kriya11. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kriya11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kriya11 are conducted in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). We currently support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No international payment methods are accepted at this time.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 100.
• Deposits are credited to your kriya11 account instantly in most cases.
• kriya11 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using third-party payment accounts is not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 200.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• kriya11 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kriya11 offers a range of bonuses, vouchers, and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be displayed alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all kriya11 bonuses:

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirement for kriya11 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on kriya11 — including Fierce Fishing, Go Goal Bingo, Blocky Block, Callbreak, Lucky Bingo, Monster Plinko, and all other titles — use provably fair algorithms. Game results are determined by cryptographic random number generation and cannot be influenced by kriya11 or by any player.

• All bets placed on kriya11 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, kriya11 will void the affected round and return all staked funds to the player's account.
• If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection on the player's side, the game result will stand as determined by the server at the time of disconnection.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
• kriya11 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error or as a result of a technical malfunction on the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kriya11 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the kriya11 platform or its games.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Money laundering or using kriya11 for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or kriya11 staff members.
